How AllWz orders work
Every AllWz piece is made specifically for you.
We partner with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment service, to produce and ship every order. This means your tee, hoodie, or piece of merch is printed, quality-checked, and packaged after you place your order — not before. This is how we keep our inventory fresh, our designs bold, and our quality high.
What this means for your order
There are two time windows to be aware of: production time (how long it takes to print and prepare your order) and shipping time (how long delivery takes once it's dispatched). Both are outlined below. Your total delivery time = production + shipping.
Shipping to Guam
Island shipping takes a little longer — and it's worth the wait.
We're proud to ship directly to Guam — the island that made AllWz. Because Guam is a U.S. territory located in the Western Pacific, shipping from our print fulfillment centers takes longer than mainland U.S. deliveries. Your order travels a long way to reach you, and we appreciate your patience every single time.

Pro tip for Guam shoppers: Order at least 30 days before any birthday, holiday, game season, or event date. During peak periods like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and back-to-school, add an extra 7–10 days. Early ordering is the only guaranteed way to receive your AllWz gear on time.
Shipping to Guam is treated as a domestic U.S. shipment — no customs fees or import duties apply. However, transit times to Guam are significantly longer than the continental U.S. due to geographic distance. AllWz is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.

Orders to the continental United States are fulfilled from Printful's US-based facilities and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Free shipping threshold: Spend $80 or more in a single order and standard shipping is on us — anywhere in the US. Stack your TASI tees or add a Rep Your Roots hoodie to hit the threshold.
International shipping
We ship worldwide — rep your roots anywhere on the planet.
AllWz ships internationally to most countries. International orders are fulfilled through Printful's global fulfillment network and shipped via international carriers. Delivery times and costs vary significantly by destination.

Customs, duties & import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your AllWz order total or shipping cost. AllWz has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns.
AllWz is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. International shipments can occasionally be held at customs for inspection, which may add additional days or weeks to delivery. This is outside our control.
Shipping to Jamaica? AllWz was born from Jamaican roots and we're proud to ship back to the island. Expect 10–20 business days after production. Customs duties may apply — we'll include all required documentation with your shipment to help ensure smooth processing.
Production time
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Before your order ships, it needs to be produced. Every AllWz piece is printed, checked for quality, and packaged by Printful's fulfillment team. Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product type and current demand. Your total delivery time starts from when you place your order, not when it ships.

Total delivery estimate = production time + shipping time. For Guam: allow 2–7 days production + 22+ days shipping = 24–37+ days total. For mainland US: allow 2–7 days production + 3–7 days shipping = 5–14 days total.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Once your AllWz order has been produced and dispatched, you'll receive an automatic email from Printful with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Keep an eye on the email address you used at checkout.
Tracking updates for Guam and international shipments may be less frequent than mainland US tracking. Some carriers only update tracking at major transit points, so there may be gaps in tracking activity — this does not mean your order is lost.
Issues & delays
Something wrong with your order? We'll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue when you contact us — this helps us resolve things faster.
Lost or missing orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, wait 3 business days — occasional carrier delays mean packages can arrive after the tracking updates. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. For Guam and international orders, please allow the full estimated delivery window before reporting an order as missing.
Wrong shipping address
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, contact us immediately — before production begins. Once an order is in production, we cannot change the shipping address. AllWz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returned packages
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed parcel, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return was caused by a carrier or fulfillment error.
